Your Responsibilities
- Transport Planning: Coordinate and efficiently plan national and international transport orders.
- Customer Contact: Serve as the point of contact for customers, drivers, and partner companies, both by phone and in writing.
- Documentation: Prepare and review transport documents and process customs and export documentation when required.
- Monitoring: Ensure on-time deliveries and track shipment progress.
- Problem Solving: Assist with customer inquiries and independently handle challenges in the transport process.
Your Profile
- Qualification: Completed training in freight forwarding and logistics or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Experience:: Professional experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Polish) are a plus.
- Personal Strengths: Independent, organized work style, high sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work flexibly and reliably in a dynamic team environment.
