About Us
AVTOSPED is an established company with 30 years of experience in international freight transport. Our focus is on excellent customer service and efficient organization. To strengthen our team in Munich, we are looking for an Office Administrator (m/f/d) who can actively support our operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Office Organization: Handle general administrative tasks, data management, and maintenance.
- Customer Contact: Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email.
- Document Management: Create, manage, and process transport documents and delivery notes.
- Accounting Support: Assist in invoice preparation and monitor payment receipts.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and monitor shipment progress.
- Administrative Support: Assist with preparing documents for HR and payroll processes.
Your Profile
- Qualification: Completed training as an Office Administrator, Office Management Clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification.
- Experience: Ideally, experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or administration.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Personal Strengths: Strong organizational skills, a structured working style, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work flexibly and proactively in a team environment.
- Language Skills: Good German and English skills.
