Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Actively manage existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including preparing and following up on offers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Order Management: Prepare quotes, calculate costs, and assist in processing transport orders.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, dispatch, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update customer data and provide regular reports to sales management.

Your Profile
  • Education: Completed commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable field.
  • Experience: Sales experience, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics sector, is an advantage.
  • Personality: Persuasive, with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and CRM systems.
  • Organizational Talent: Structured and independent working style, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
